I know that Madera Concepts and William Rau, both in California, and Myrtle in the UK all used to make new wooden steering wheels for RR/Bentley. Have a look in the WOODWORK CREATION, REFINISHING & RESTORATION section of the RR & Bentley Parts, Repair, Restoration & Other Resources Compilation for some other possible options. It's worth calling/emailing around.

Stephen - thank you for your call regarding a custom steering wheel for your Bentley Turbo. And thanks to guyslp for the recommendation.
In addition to restoring Rolls & Bentley woodwork, we have been making wood and carbon steering wheels for 25 years.

Interestingly, Tony Handler was the person that introduced me to RR woodwork. I was working for a company that built pipe organs, which was located across an alley from Handler.
We just joined the forum this week. (Working on the intro)
This is the style wheel, with 2-horn buttons, that Stephen has on his Turbo. The 1st wheel I made for a new Bentley Continental R..
