Yeah that sounds right. Those Teflon seals were hard to get on the first time and I think one may have been damaged on installation.
Are they supposed to be soaked prior to installation?

Looks like the one closest to the bearing is cracked.

Did a much better job this time.
Warmed the seals up in warm water then stretched them in cut sized PET and funnel. Then used a jubilee clamp to size them back down that the slide back into the housing. This kit included a thin broad washer perfect for the between the top seal and ring.

With the carbs balanced and idle down to normal, fresh oil and spark plugs, i hope Ms. Piggy will be happy.
