In this article, we'll take a detailed look at installing a carbon-ceramic brake system on a Rolls Royce Cullinan.

First of all, the car was raised on a lift, and the wheels were removed from it, the stock brake system was cleaned of brake fluid and removed from the car.
In stock were such components

On the front axle: Steel non-drilled brake disc size 395x36 mm and 4-piston caliper on the front axle
On the rear axle: A non-drilled steel brake disc measuring 398x28 mm is also installed on the rear axle along with a single-piston caliper.

Once all the fasteners were installed and the bolts were marked,
we unpacked the Carbon Ceramic Brake Discs and started installing them on the car.
The top parts from brands such as Brembo SGL and Akebono were used such components are used on cars like Lamborgini Urus, Porsche Cayenne 2018+, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, etc.
The front brake rotors are from a Lamborghini Urus in size 440x40 mm
And the rear brake rotors are 410x32 mm from Porsche Cayenne 2018+
The only custom part is a Brake disc hub part made of titanium.

All basic checks were performed, and everything was within acceptable limits, our next step will be the installation of calipers and parking brake calipers. As well as checking the end runout of the disc. A separate article will be made on the further course of the installation since the caliper requires special attention.
