This part is the same as Cadillac part number 89060234 Solenoid Kit eg. for a 2004 CTS (90$)
Cadillac (but not Bentley) have issued a service note (see attachment), because the solenoids up until 2004 don't last very long.
Both parts are no longer available new, as far as I could find out.
