Same, I use full synthetic in "nice "engines, and I change it every 2 years because I drive them regularly, and usually in 2 years I have not done the suggested mileage to change it.
Full synthetic has the major advantage to leave engine perfectly clean inside and to have superior quality additives, key point for me as I still drive fast sometime and for powerfull engine, specially Turbo full synthetic is for me an obligation.
In any case I prefer full synthetic every 2 years than regular every year.
