You are indeed difficult asking for the last LHM + , but I think I have one new.

 

I have 4 empties, with the tubes. They are a bit grime covered from living in a cabinet, but should clean up.

It’s funny, these used to ge readily available a few years ago, at under £10 each, with fluid. I bought a few for use on my Jaguars. It appears the global stock on them has run out!
