LHM + has replaced LHM. LHM + has become the official recommandation for SZ.
In any case you can use definitely LHM, just make sure the bottle is not too old.
It is not as much as hygroscopic as RR 363, but it is indeed.
Do not forget to bleed all calipers, you will find brown LHM if it was not done sonce long time.
LHM need tobe replaced everyting 5/6 years, and bleeding all calipers rermains an obligation
Main difference between LHM and LHM + seems to be principally in viscosity at low temp.
