Pentosin EHF is miscible with CHF 11S and CHF 202, though if you're using it a complete flush and fill would be the way to go.

At the time I put together the above table, EHF was not available. I'll have to go out and get its spec sheet and add a column when I have time.

LHM + has replaced LHM. LHM + has become the official recommandation for SZ.
In any case you can use definitely LHM, just make sure the bottle is not too old.
It is not as much as hygroscopic as RR 363, but it is indeed.

Do not forget to bleed all calipers, you will find brown LHM if it was not done sonce long time.
LHM need tobe replaced everyting 5/6 years, and bleeding all calipers rermains an obligation

Main difference between LHM and LHM + seems to be principally in viscosity at low temp.
LHM+ superseed LHM in a better way

By the way, Pentosin EHF is shown on their specification sheet as the equivalent of Bentley RH5000 fluid (among a number of other OE options - like most automotive fluids, these things are engineered to published specifications).
