My 2012 Ghost was the easiest oil change of any vehicle I own. 2013 should be the same but?? It has quick release access panels in belly pan to access the drain plug and filter. You don't even need to remove it. I posted something a few months ago with additional info...
I find it's best to remove the whole panel, otherwise you are likely to get oil on it. It's easy enough. Save the time by making cleanup easier. Use the Mahle filter. Just buy the '220 filter from BMW. Always replace both o-rings (supplied in the box). 38Nm on the drin plug, snug the filter, back off 90°, snug again.
The oil filter from BMW comes with the o-ring for the oil filter cap and a new drain plug washer. I would use the BMW filter over an aftermarket, oem o-rings last quite a long time
