Seems like the blower motor is always on.
Is it a bad relay or could it a bad transistor in the blower motor, similar to the issues with the Jaguar XJS.

I guess I can pull these relays

NVM, I found the problem. I don't know who owners find to work on these cars but level of incompetency is beyond my imagination.
