hi i have a 1990 rolls royce silver spirit i have a brake pressure warn light

do brakes need a bleed

Do not drive the car with this warning lamp. It's dangerous.

Does the light go off after the engine has been running for a minute or two? It could be the pressure just needs building up. Search the forum for "brake pump test" for something you can try to see what state the accumulators are in.

Check your mineral oil level. That is most likely problem I would think.

Could be many things, bleeding, spheres and or valves for front spheres, hoses, brake pressure switches, brake pumps....
You need to go much further by elimination from simple to complex

There is a differemce in fluid level vs lack of pressure. Know what the lamp indicates.
