does anybody know of the best places...eg the cheapest places to get rebuilt parts, and another place for used parts? please let me know thanks..its for a 78 corniche

You do not mention in which part of the world you are located.

In Great Britain (and for much of Europe) many folks use Flying Spares or Introcar. They can both be found on the internet.

Download the file I've posted on the "Finding A Good Service Shop" thread in the Technical and Mechanical Assistance forum. You'll find more sources for parts than you can shake a stick at (although I'll be the first to admit it's USA-centric, it does include some UK and European sources, too).
