As an owner of an older arnage I know many of us want to find affordable parts , Bentley and rolls often sourced parts from common auto parts suppliers and marked them up substantially so I’m going to make a list of compatible parts from other cars at much lower costs . Please add compatible parts numbers you have found

2. Lower Front Ball Joints = bentley part PD20807PA
Use moog k9919 or Lemforder for Mercedes #LFD1074102 cross
ref.3 1403330327
3. Trunk lift supports - 1998-99 arnage use 12.36 inch can be found on Amazon or eBay for $20 a pair (need 2 pair )
4. Trunk Lift Supports 2000 up use 11.3 inch
Find them on Amazon or eBay for 1999-2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee hood struts part 4048
Cost about $10 a pair (need 2 pair )
5.Front Upper Ball Joints = Bentley part PD20799PC
Use MOOG # K9025 for Volkswagon
6. Transmission Filter up to 2006 model = GM# 8675545 for GM4L80E
transmission

12. Serpentine Belt = Contitech 7PK2337 or any 7rib x 92"
13. Upper Control Arm Bushings = Napa# NCP 267-1474 (not exactly the
same - must make a sleeve to reduce inner bolt from 14mm to 12mm ,
These are for a Toyota Tacoma but will
stiffen the front slightly.)
14. Oil Filter = Wix 51231 or Fram PH2995
15. Fuel Filter= Hengst H84WK01 or Fram G-3744 or Mann WK853 or
Knecht KL30 or Purflux EP153
16.Engine Air Filters = K&N # 33-2890 (KAN33-2890) these are reusable
17. Electric Cooling Fan Resistors = www.mtcparts.com # MTC1856 ref. #
67-32-8-371-873 includes both , easy to swap out located on fan

- wiper blades, i need to replace them and the fitting seems strange. Do bosch aerowtwin or super plus (both 25 inches) fit? Is an adaptor required?
- brake disks - any good quality variant fit? Should I just check using the original size?

regarding wiper blades for later Arnage models I found these for just under 18 pounds and fit perfectly (even if they say they are for Continental GT)

Battery Chargers
The Arnage seems to have a high parasitic current draw. I'm seeing 40-60mA on mine.
Probably the alarm, or stereo or a phone - or just the ghost of Joseph Lucas.
Intermittently keeping it on a 'smart' trickle charger is a good idea.
Bentley sell a 're-badged' CTEK charger for an obscene amount (as do Aston Martin and others),
but a regular CTEK of your choice is a good option.
You'll need to either:
1. Replace the (proprietary) factory charging socket in the trunk/boot (next to the left-hand hinge) with a CTEK socket OR
2. Buy a CTEK-to-proprietary-Bentley adapter cable. An EBay seller called 'juicemyride' in South Carolina US makes some with or without voltage indicating lights. About $115US.
I've been using one for a year or so, and seems to work well.
The Bentley plug/socket is almost certainly made by another company. Searching an electrical equipment supply catalog might find it, but I was too lazy....
Incidentally, from my experience a charger seems to keep the left-hand 'House' battery at a slightly higher charged state than right-hand 'Start' battery. They're connected by a control module, but I'm buggered if I know exactly what it does.....

I am trying to find affordable upper control arm bushings. I cannot find NCP 267-1474, only NCD 267-1474 for Toyota Tundra which have 15mm ID. Which year Toyota Tacoma are you referring to? Did you fit these bushings and find them to be satisfactory?

I am trying to find affordable upper control arm bushings. I cannot find NCP 267-1474, only NCD 267-1474 for Toyota Tundra which have 15mm ID. Which year Toyota Tacoma are you referring to? Did you fit these bushings and find them to be satisfactory?
