Been having a few problems with this car following an extended hibernation period (2 years). I have replaced a smoking alternator. Following this the fuel pump fuse blew. I replaced the fuse and all seemed to be ok. (I did then however manage to get it through its MOT.) Then today just trying to drive it out the garage it ran but after I drove it 1m forward it just died totally. ALL electrics gone, no interior light, no dash lights, no power at any of the glove box fuses, no nothing !
I have only been able to detremine that the cut off switch in the trunk is sending 12v forwards. I can also get 12v at the alternator terminal.
Is there an overall relay or 60amp fuse even that may have gone ?

Any help gratefully received !

Thanks Steve

Check the large brown wire connectors one by the lh bonnet lach the other by the rh strut, they commonly burn out.
