That looks sweet!! What gun did you use? I use a Devilbiss Techna Prolite. Awesome fun for the money. Also what paint did you use?

Thank you! I used the same Devilbiss you have for base and clear and a pretty good Harbor Freight gun for primer.

That looks absolutely fabulous. Is there a chrome trim or a paint line between the two colours top and bottom?
What else is there to do?

There is gold pinstripe between the red and black paint. Last thing I need to do is get the front seats done and finish sorting out some electrical issues.

Please give more details of how you replaced it. At the factory it was hand painted I believe. How did you do it?
If it was aftermarket it must have been very difficult indeed.

Did you refinish the colored orbits on the wheelcovers or leave them alone? I see fine lines on the orbits also? They are easier to do than the waistline fine lines. You can network at car meets, look for the motorcycle section. seems like many riders add 'stripes and hopefully get a recommendation.
