Remove the lower radiator hose.

I find that a bit too fast (and messy) myself. I take out the actual drain valve (and I do mean I remove it, which is easy. They often stick and break if you actually attempt to open the valve, which has a tiny, tiny drain tube at its center). That drains the system quickly, but in a more controlled manner.

Why would you want to do it fast? Just open the drain tap and it will be drained in 4 or 5 minutes without the mess of removing a hose.

Flip the car upside down and remove the thermostat!

Being able to drain it fast helps when flushing. I remove the thermostat, detach the bottom hose and flush through the thermostat housing, I also remove both drain plugs in the engine block. Then I disconnect the hoses at the heater tap and flush the heater matrix separately.

However you do it, just make sure you bleed the system properly. I had a heck of a time in my Corniche and if you get air trapped, the temp sensor won't read accurately, no will the aux fans function due to trapped air.
