£10550.00 I think the rate then would have been 2.1 so approximate cost was $21,100. The LWB version was £12913.00 or $25,826.00.
Hope this helps. BTW, there is not a specific list of options that I can lay my hands on, as I said earlier they were based on customer specific requirements. The more frequent requests were Contrast piping, Wool rugs, foot rests, Tables, fog lamps and Everflex roof. LWB cars had an Everflex roof fitted as std with a small back light.
