History
1994 Mustang Conv. (California car)
I got the car really cheap as it was the less desirable V6 model, which is not exactly fast, but it was a nice cruiser and a reliable car.
Even though this was a California car, it had a light bit of rust underneath, which I wire wheeled off and coated with Hammerrite and undercoating.
I did a lot of the work on the car myself, changed oil twice a year, spark plugs correctly gapped and changed, new ignition wires and coil, oil and fuel filters changed yearly too.

Modifications
Drivetrain
Ford Essex 3.8L V6, not the most sporty engine to put in a Mustang, but was reliable and got decent MPG.
- K&N Air filter
- Performance tune from Ortiz Performance
- Flowmaster Force II kit
- Pypes High flow catalytic converters
Kept stock for emissions regulations and reliability as this was my daily driver. It would take more money than the car was worth to make this car really go fast, and it would have a big affect on reliability too.

Audio
The original stereo barely worked when I got the car, and several buttons were missing from it, so just installed some cheap Sony stereo I bought on sale at my local autoparts store, just to have a working sound system for long drives.
I don't care much for blasting loud music. This was also way cheaper than trying to source an original Ford radio and have it shipped to Europe.
