Hi Wraithman,

Just as a heads up the aerials are not quite the same. I bought one (identified for a Shadow UD 21483) for my car 20 years ago and never got round to fitting it till last year when the car was stripped out for painting.

When I went to fit I found the fitting points all different and the aerial lead was not the screw on type as per my Shadow but the lead attached to the aerial so would need adapting. Also the outer wing fitting was a different thread diameter so not interchangeable so could not even fit a new chrome outer piece from the new one.

Nothing beyond doing but decided to repair my original instead so still have a boxed new one but it is for a Shadow 11. Originals SS1 or SS11 are no longer available here in UK. Pattern replacements look naff sticking out of the wing as not flush.

Too far away from you unless I could get Donald T to take it back with him while he is in UK.

Advertised mine at cost price £120 and no one seemed to want it.

Thanks for the offer. I will be taking delivery of a special 1976 LWB Shadow and this is on the replacement list. The existing mast is bent, so I have to replace it.
