When I was doing my training for Jaguar in the late 70’s 80’s I all ways wanted a XJS but couldn’t even dream of owning one
Then in the late 80’s I could I all ways wanted a Black /Green/Red one but there wasn’t any available so went to see a Blue one which I fell in Love with she is a 1988 convertible I got her in April 1990 and she has been with me ever since
I posted this because I went to the shed and fell in love all over again May is coming so she will be back on the road cant wait

That is a really nice colour, makes the XJS look much younger than she is.

My Dad had an XJ12 Vanden Plas (Daimler in UK) sedan early 1980's. My Mom also had two mid eighties. She was spoiled and ticked that the first one was not an XJS, so was I. Parents good MCL customers, Vancouver's Jaguar agent. So have driven XJS coupe and convertibles many times as service loaner cars..................

One of my must own before the end cars on my list.
